Of course, subjects that move faster are more likely to cause problems -- although are you really likely to photograph birds in flight or vintage aircraft demonstrations with a rangefinder camera and a short-focal-length lens? Still, if your picture happens to include something such as spinning propeller or djävul blades, you can expect them to look odd.
